Shipping policy

At Vonalero, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

  • Processing time: 1 business day (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery time: 2–6 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping cost: Free tracked delivery on every U.S. order. No minimum spend.
  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM Mountain Time (MT)
  • Countries served: United States only

Total delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the time you place your order. This range already includes the 1 business day processing time.

Order processing

Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, we will begin processing it. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped within the United States using tracked carriers (USPS and UPS).

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery directly with the carrier.

Delays

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather. Vonalero cannot be held responsible for such delays but will always do our best to keep you informed. If tracking has not updated for 5 or more business days, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Parcels confirmed lost are replaced or fully refunded.

Missing items

If your order arrives incomplete, or one parcel of a multi-parcel order is missing, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will resend the missing item or refund it in full. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Vonalero cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

U.S. deliveries

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay for delivery within the United States. There are no additional charges or taxes to pay when your parcel arrives beyond what was collected at checkout. Delivery times and tracking apply as described above.
