Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vonalero.com and the related services, content, and features we make available (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by RAFAB GROUP LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Vonalero ("RAFAB Group," "Vonalero," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is older, to use the Services and to enter into a binding contract with us. If you are under that age, you may only use the Services with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
Products, Pricing, and Availability
All prices on the Services are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges, which are calculated and disclosed to you before you complete checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, including images, descriptions, and pricing, accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Services are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and to refund any amount already charged.
Where we display a "was" price, a strikethrough price, or a percentage discount, that reference price reflects a price at which the product genuinely was offered for sale, and is not an inflated figure created to manufacture the appearance of a larger discount.
Where a product available through the Services is manufactured by a company other than RAFAB Group LLC, we identify that manufacturer on the product listing or in the product's Brand information. We only use our own brand name as the manufacturer of record for products we genuinely manufacture or are legally entitled to brand as our own.
Product availability is not guaranteed, and we may limit the quantities of any product that we offer.
Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order, subject to these Terms. Placing an order, and receiving an on-screen or emailed order confirmation, does not by itself mean we have accepted your order.
A contract for the sale of a product is formed only when we send you a separate email or notification confirming that your order has shipped or is otherwise ready for fulfillment ("Dispatch Confirmation"). Until Dispatch Confirmation is sent, we may cancel all or part of an order for any reason, including product unavailability, a pricing or listing error, a payment or fraud concern, or a shipping restriction, and will refund any amount already charged for the cancelled portion.
Payment
We accept payment through Shopify Payments and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge the applicable amount to that payment method. Payment card and account information is handled by our payment processors in accordance with their own security standards; see our Privacy Policy for more on how we and our service providers handle your information.
Shipping
We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated processing and delivery times, shipping charges, and any free-shipping thresholds are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates provided at checkout or elsewhere on the Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with a purchase, our Refund Policy describes the return window, the condition items must be in, who is responsible for return shipping costs, and whether exchanges are available. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits any right you have under applicable law to cancel an order or return a product that cannot be waived by agreement.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, and software, are owned by RAFAB Group LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Services for their intended purpose (for example, browsing and purchasing products for personal use).
"Vonalero" and any associated logos are trademarks of RAFAB Group LLC. Other product and company names mentioned on the Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners, including manufacturers whose products we sell.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of any third party;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including in connection with an order or a payment method;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users without their consent;
- Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code; or
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Services, including through any reviews or comments you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that you have violated these Terms.
Reviews and User Content
If you submit a product review, comment, or other content through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. We reserve the right, but do not assume any obligation, to remove or refuse to post any content at our discretion.
Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties, including manufacturers, shipping carriers, and payment providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is subject to that site's own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and all products sold through the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any product will meet your expectations. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law, including any manufacturer's warranty that applies to a product independently of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any product purchased through the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or to limit any consumer protection right that cannot be waived by agreement under the law of your jurisdiction.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RAFAB Group LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply and cannot be waived by agreement, in which case those laws will govern to that extent.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this website and update the "Last updated" date above. Changes will apply to orders placed after the revised Terms are posted.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
