Our story

Built by people who were tired of buying things twice

Vonalero started with a simple frustration: too many home goods are built to photograph well and fall apart within a year. We wanted a store where the product page tells you the truth before you buy — the real materials, the real limitations, the real return policy — not after.

We're a small, U.S.-based operation, run by RAFAB GROUP LLC out of Wyoming. We're not chasing a huge catalog. Every product we add gets held to the same question: would we still be using this a year from now? If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't go on the site.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders ship within 1 business day and arrive within 3–7 business days total across the United States — that estimate already includes processing time, it is not added on top. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

What is your returns policy?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and refund you in full, including original delivery. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
